SCOPETANI S.R.L. It is in 1930 that, with its founder GIULIO GERARDO SCOPETANI, the company VI.SCO starts its business in a small but efficient winery in the centre of Rufina. Through a constant and laborious course of work SCOPETANI is with the years able to gain the trust of its customers until becoming one of the realities in CHIANTI RUFINA. Today Guido Graziano Scopetani, effective administrator of the winery SCOPETANI exports its wines to the entire world, also thanks to the attention with which the oenologist Stenio Rover takes care of the wines, the company has achieved numerous national and international acknowledgements.The wines of the Villa Masseto product line fruit of the farsightedness of the company are known everywhere and earn true success especially with quality gastronomy. Nevertheless the cream of the company remains the CHIANTI RUFINA VIGNA MACERETO and the MACERETO riserva, which, aged in the company's antique oak barrels, express what better oenologie can give today.

It is not to be forgotten however that SCOPETANI is also and above all a modern and efficient productive unit, and through advanced technology, with respect of tradition, it extracts from the Rufina grapes the traditional and excellent wine. Equipped with a capacity of 30 000 hectolitres, the possibility of transforming 1.500 quintals of grapes a day into wine during the harvest, together with 2000 hectolitres of oak disposable for ageing, the company SCOPETANI holds all the characteristics that allows it to compete in the international markets, efficiently in its continuity and in its quality.
